Manu Bammi, Founder and CEO

Manu Bammi is Co-Founder and CEO of SMARTANALYST. Prior to founding SMARTANALYST, Manu co-founded PSi, a consulting and advisory firm based in New York and New Delhi, in 1989 and managed PSi's New York Office. Manu has over 17 years of research and consulting experience, and more than 12 years of experience with US-India market, trade, and financial issues. Prior to founding PSi, Manu worked for several years as a management consultant with APM, a New York based management consulting firm which has since been acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation.

Manu has been featured in Forbes, Crain's New York Business, and on CNN with Lou Dobbs; he has been quoted in InformationWeek, BusinessWeek, Fortune and the Financial Times. Manu is a regular participant at meetings of the US-India Business Council and The Indus Entrepreneurs.

Manu graduated cum laude from Yale University with a distinction in Economics.

Ritu Kishwar, Vice President Research Operations

Ritu Kishwar joined SMARTANALYST as Vice President Research Operations. Prior to joining SMARTANALYST,Ms. Kishwar was Director and Co-Head of the consulting practice (Southern Region) for AF Ferguson & Company, a top 10 management consulting and accounting firm in India. She has over 20 years experience in management consulting and corporate finance.

Ms. Kishwar is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India, and also holds a BA from Delhi University.

Marc Rovner, Managing Director, Research and Strategic Platforms

Marc Rovner leads the company research and consulting efforts ex-India, including product management and development. Mr. Rovner will also be responsible for strategic operating and technology platforms.

Mr. Rovner joins SMARTANALYST as an experienced senior executive with a global track record of success with both Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial businesses. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Global New Markets in Pfizer’s Consumer Healthcare Division, where he served as a strategic and innovative leader. Prior to that, he worked for Unilever, International Paper, Reckitt Benckiser and Renaissance Cosmetics. Mr. Rovner received a bachelors degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a masters from the University of Chicago.

Richard Willemin, CFO

In July 2008, Richard Willemin was named CFO of SMARTANALYST, after serving as interim CFO for the company.
Prior to working with SMARTANALYST, Richard was CFO of Incurrent Solutions, a “software as a service” company providing online account access to credit card holders, which was acquired by Online Resources in 2004. He also held the CFO position at QSS, a leading supplier of requirements management software acquired in 2000 by Telelogic AB. Following the acquisition, Mr. Willemin served as CFO Telelogic North America where he was instrumental in integrating three acquisitions over a 12 month period.

During his career, Richard served as CFO of several other private and public software companies, including Open Solutions, Summit Medical and Datalogix. He also spent 18 years in various financial management positions with Citicorp, Pepsico, ITT and General Electric.

Mr. Willemin received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance at The Stern School of Business of New York University.
